Description

The "Caldo de Berza" is a stew broth based on the traditional Andalusian stews, with a common ingredient to all regions: cabbage. Like all Aneto broths, it has been elaborated only with fresh, natural and typical ingredients of Andalusian stews: pork ribs, chicken, cabbage, pumpkin, chickpeas, chorizo, black pudding... As they would say in Andalusia: a stew with all its trimmings! This recipe is ideal to eat with noodles or chickpeas, as a soup.
