TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ANETO NATURAL undertakes to comply with all applicable legislation regarding electronic commerce and the protection of personal data.

User Obligations

The User undertakes, in general terms, to use the Store, purchase the Products and use each of the services offered by the Store diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. The User shall also refrain from using them in any manner that may hinder, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by other Users or that may damage the property or rights of ANETO NATURAL, its suppliers, Users or any third party.

Use of the Store is restricted to Users of legal age.

Products and Prices

The Products offered in the Store are identical in format and characteristics to those distributed through ordinary commercial channels.

The Products will be delivered with a minimum remaining shelf life of more than six months, typically between nine and twelve months. ANETO NATURAL provides the statutory product warranty for the duration of the product’s expiry date.

ANETO NATURAL reserves the right to decide, at any time, which PRODUCTS are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, ANETO NATURAL may add new Products to those offered or included in the Store at any time. Unless otherwise stated, such new Products shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, ANETO NATURAL reserves the right to discontinue or restrict access to any of the Products offered in the Store at any time and without prior notice.

The Products offered in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible, within the limits of web display technology, to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices are shown in the Store.

Prices indicated in the Store are expressed per box, in Euros, and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legally applicable rate at any given time.

ANETO NATURAL reserves the right to modify Product prices at any time, in accordance with the company’s general pricing policy or as a result of changes in VAT rates or other applicable taxes.

QUALITY POLICY

ANETO NATURAL guarantees full compliance with all food safety regulations, including organoleptic quality control and full traceability of all ingredients.

ANETO NATURAL products are made using the finest fresh and truly natural ingredients, without additives, concentrates, dehydrated ingredients, preservatives or artificial flavourings.

In addition, all ANETO NATURAL products are gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free, making them suitable for people with allergies or intolerances to these ingredients.

ANETO NATURAL prides itself on sourcing raw materials of the highest quality, certified by the Welfair seal based on the European Welfare Quality and AWIN standards (animalwelfair.com). Products bearing this seal come from animals raised on farms assessed according to four basic principles of animal welfare: feeding, housing, health and behaviour.

ANETO NATURAL sources vegetables from social cooperatives, such as Cooperativa MANS, which grows organic vegetables while integrating young people at risk of social exclusion. This is a social project promoted by Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera together with Fundació Molí d’en Puigverd and Fundació Topromi, which cultivates crops in the gardens of Món Sant Benet, an idyllic setting just ten minutes from our factory.

ANETO NATURAL is committed to protecting the environment and reducing its environmental footprint. For this reason, its packaging is made from 87% plant-based materials, reducing CO₂ emissions by 18% compared to equivalent fossil-plastic packaging. As a result, it is the most sustainable packaging in the broth category.

SECURE PAYMENT

Once the order has been placed in the Store, and within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) business hours, ANETO NATURAL will send the User an email confirming the purchase. This email will include a reference code for the purchase and details of the product and its price.

The order will not be processed until payment has been completed by the User. To this end, ANETO NATURAL offers the following payment methods, as detailed in the Store: credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Bizum.

Under no circumstances does ANETO NATURAL have access to the User’s banking details, which are provided directly to the selected payment platform.

ANETO NATURAL will archive the electronic documents formalising the contract and will send a copy to the User once the purchase has been completed. The contract will be concluded in Spanish.

The order confirmation sent by ANETO NATURAL does not constitute an invoice, but merely proof of purchase. ANETO NATURAL will send the corresponding invoice together with the Product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Territorial Scope

The territorial scope of sales carried out through the ANETO NATURAL Online Store is limited to the European Union. No shipments are made to countries outside this scope or to post office boxes.

Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the User once payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Spain (Mainland): between 1 and 2 business days.
• European Union: between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Notwithstanding the above, and in accordance with applicable legislation, the maximum delivery period shall be thirty (30) calendar days from order confirmation.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond ANETO NATURAL’s control, such as logistical incidents, peak demand periods or force majeure events.

Logistics Providers

ANETO NATURAL carries out shipments in collaboration with reputable logistics providers, selected according to the destination and characteristics of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total order amount and the destination, and are displayed in detail during the checkout process prior to order confirmation. All prices include VAT.

Delivery Issues

The User must check the condition of the order upon delivery. Any damage, errors or incidents must be reported to ANETO NATURAL within 48 hours of receipt.

ANETO NATURAL shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence or for reasons attributable to the User and the order is returned to origin, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the User.

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase. To exercise this right, the User must contact ANETO NATURAL by email at tiendaneto@anetonatural.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product.

ANETO NATURAL will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request via the same communication channel and will provide instructions on how to return the Product. A copy of the delivery note and invoice must be included.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the User and paid directly to the logistics provider designated by ANETO NATURAL.

The User must return the Product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date ANETO NATURAL provides return instructions. Once received and verified, ANETO NATURAL will refund the amounts paid within the same period, using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the Product is not returned in its original packaging or is not in perfect condition.

The User may contact tiendaneto@anetonatural.com to submit any complaint or claim.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Personal data collected through the Store will be processed for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship with the User. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of a sales contract.

The Store only collects personal information necessary to create the MY ACCOUNT profile, which allows Users to manage their orders. The MY ACCOUNT profile will remain active as long as the User shows interest in ANETO NATURAL products. If there is no activity for twelve months, ANETO NATURAL may deactivate the account, without prejudice to the User’s right to create a new one.

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally required or to logistics providers for the purpose of shipping and delivering orders.

Useful Information

ANETO NATURAL periodically publishes information in the Store regarding new products, special offers and promotions. Users may receive such information by email, provided they have expressly authorised such communications. This authorisation may be withdrawn at any time via the MY ACCOUNT settings.
