Ingredients:
Water, Monk-fish* and hake* (26%), Cod* (5%), tomato, onion, carrot, fennel, leek, celery*, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and sea salt.

We select the freshest fish of the day and the best vegetables, carefully washing all the ingredients. We simmer it all over a low heat for over 2 hours. Because there is only one way to make NATURAL broth: the way you do at home, the way we do it at Aneto.
