Ingredients:
Water, beef and bones of veal, chicken, feet, pork cheeks and belly, lamb backbone, white sausage, black sausage, cabbage, chickpeas, potatoes, carrot, leek, turnip, celery*, lard, garlic, parsley, sea salt and black pepper.

Caldo de Escudella Aneto is based on the traditional recipe of the Corpus Christi of the Catalan culinary heritage. Cooked just as you would at home, it is prepared only with fresh, natural and typical ingredients of this recipe: chickpeas, pork face, black sausage, cabbage or potato among others. Ideal to eat with noodles.
