Water, ¼ of Fresh Free-range Chicken (16%) and Roasted (10%), ½ Onion, 1 Carrot, ¼ of Leek, 2 Cabbage leaves, 1 branch of CELERY, Olive Oil and Sea Salt

We cook our broths only with fresh and natural ingredients, directly in 3,000 liter pots and cooked over low heat for more than three hours (two in the fish variety).
Therefore, our flavor is the result of how we do things.
