Ingredients:
Water, veal knuckle, pork rib, Iberian ham, hen, chicken, onion, carrot, celery*, chickpeas, potato, garlic and sea salt.

We select top quality, 100% natural and fresh ingredients. We cook them on a low heat for 3 hours as done traditionally. The secret of this broth is that we add the meat, previously roasted, the chickpeas and the vegetables chopped finely. This will cause a solid layer to appear that will dissolve when heating the broth, as like when you make it at home.
