Water, Cured Ham (10%), pork shoulder bones (8%), pork ribs, pork backbones, onion, carrot, leek, celery* and sea salt.

We select the best Serrano ham and the freshest vegetables, we carefully wash all the ingredients and we simmer all the ingredients over a low heat for over 3 hours. Because there is only one way to make NATURAL stock: the way you do at home, the way we do it at Aneto.
