Sofrito (16%): onion*, zucchini*, carrot*, fried tomato*, extra virgin olive oil*, black garlic* and rosemary*.

We cook our broths only with fresh, natural and organic ingredients, mostly from social cooperatives such as the MANS cooperative. With a sofrito simmered for more than 4 hours for an unmatched flavor, we cook our paella broth in 3,000 liter pots for 3 hours more. That's why our taste is the result of how we do things.
